  • Please check the SIM card has been placed correctly on your device.
  • In case the network signal is not shown on your device, please verify your handset frequency complies with 4)
  • Please check whether the SIM card has been activated or not by dialing 1415.

  • Kindly contact on our Helpline number: 9841***** for your volume query and validity.
  • From USSD, kindly dial *1415*55# for the volume query. After dialing the number, you will get the remaining volume and expiry date.

  • The required frequency for 3G is 2100MHz
  • The required frequency for 4G is 1800MHz

First of all, please make sure you follow our SIM card set-up Guide Also, follow this checklist:

  • Cellular data (Mobile network) is enabled.
  • For dual SIM devices check both SIM Slots.
  • Check all other option(s) for “Preferred Network Type” in the phone setting.

If the network signal icon is red, please try the following steps:

  • The device should be turned off.
  • Remove the back lid from bottom.
  • Remove the battery
  • Slide to open the SIM Slot
  • Take out the SIM and Re-Insert it.
  • Put everything back on and switch on the device.
If the above procedure doesn`t help kindly reset your device.

  • Check whether the device is charging or not
  • Check the AC Adapter and USB cable is working properly or not.
  • Check the battery condition.
If the above procedure is not working kindly contact us at 9841****

  • Kindly check the status of SIM CARD data, balance and validity.
  • Kindly follow the below procedure :
    • The device should be turned off.
    • Remove the back lid from bottom.
    • Remove the battery
    • Slide to open the SIM Slot
    • Take out the SIM and Re-Insert it.
    • Put everything back on and switch on the device.
  • If this doesn`t help then reset your device.

  • The normal battery backup will be between 4-5hrs.
  • For full charge it will take about 3hrs.
  • Only provided charging accessories should be used for better performance.

  • Firstly, please check whether the AC Adapter and USB cable Is working properly or not.
  • Secondly, check the pocket Wi-Fi charging port.
  • Thirdly, check on to different plug socket.
